La 1^a edizione della SULLE ORME DI NAPOLEONE, manifestazione non competitiva ludico motoria, si disputerà domenica 26 FEBBRAIO 2023 a Palmanova. I partecipanti potranno usare la tecnica del Nordic Walking, della camminata sportiva, della camminata a passo libero.  
La manifestazione sarà caratterizzata dalla partenza a  Palmanova (UD) Piazza Grande - vedi area expo - vedi area logistica) 

1- REQUISITI DI PARTECIPAZIONE

La partecipazione è aperta a tutti. Consigliato il certificato medico di sana e robusta costituzione.

3 - MODALITA’ D’ISCRIZIONE 

Tramite mail da inviare a  info@unescocitiesmarathon.it  allegando la scheda (Scheda iscrizione 2022)  accuratamente compilata e firmata con pagamento esclusivamente tramite bonifico bancario  intestato a COMITATO ORGANIZZATORE LOCALE UNESCO CITY MARATHON 

Le iscrizioni si potranno anche fare presso:

la segreteria presso l’Expo Marathon predisposto a Palmanova (Piazza Grande - Loggia del Comune di Palmanova) domenica  26 febbraio 2023 dalle 7.00 alle 9.30.  

4 - MODALITA’ DI PAGAMENTO

Il pagamento della quota di iscrizione può essere effettuato:

5 - SERVIZI COMPRESI NELLA QUOTA D’ISCRIZIONE

6 - SACCHE CON INDUMENTI PERSONALI

Considerato l'ampia possibiltà di parcheggio nelle aree adiacenti la zona di partenza/arrivo e nel rispetto delle eventuali procedure COVID non sarà previsto alcun deposito per le sacche contenenti indumenti ed effetti personali. Ogni atleta dovrà provvedere individualmente alla custodia della propria sacca e dovrà presentarsi alla linea di partenza in tenuta di gara. Eventuali indumenti rilasciati incustoditi in area partenza verranno smaltiti a cura dell'organizzazione senza possibilità di recupero. 

7 - RITROVO E PARTENZA

La partenza avverrà da Piazza Grande a Palmanova ed è prevista  alle ore 9.35.

8 - SEGNALAZIONI SUL PERCORSO

Il percorso sarà segnalato con appositi cartelli indicatori.

9 - RISTORI

L’organizzazione ha previsto 1 punto di ristoro ogni 5 km.

10 - DIRITTO DI IMMAGINE E CONSENSO TRATTAMENTO DATI PERSONALI

Il partecipante iscritto alla SULLE ORME DI NAPOLEONE presta il consenso all'utilizzo ed al trattamento dei dati personali sensibili per i fini previsti dall'organizzazione e precisamente e limitatamente all'invio delle News Letter, comunicazioni di servizio e notizie inerenti alla organizzazione della UNESCO CITIES MARATHON e gare collegate.

Il partecipante iscritto alla SULLE ORME DI NAPOLEONE presta il consenso all'utilizzo ed al trattamento e la diffusione, anche a scopo pubblicitario, di immagini, foto o altro materiale su altro supporto, inerente alla partecipazione alla UNESCO CITIES MARATHON e gare collegate.

Con l’iscrizione alla 1^a edizione della SULLE ORME DI NAPOLEONE,  il partecipante dichiara di aver letto il presente Regolamento in ogni sua parte ed in particolare di aver letto e perfettamente capito l'art. 10 del presente Regolamento in materia di consenso del trattamento dei dati personali (art. 24 e 61 del D. Lgs. n. 196/2003).

12 - AVVERTENZE FINALI

I partecipanti, con l’iscrizione e con il pagamento della quota  di iscrizione dichiarano di aver letto ed accettato  il presente Regolamento in ogni sua parte e si impegnano al rispetto integrale.

Il Comitato Organizzatore Locale Unesco City Marathon si riserva di modificare, in qualunque momento, ogni clausola del presente regolamento per motivi di forza maggiore.  

Eventuali modifiche a servizi, luoghi e orari saranno riportate sul sito internet www.unescocitiesmarathon.it.

In caso di annullamento, sospensione, spostamento di data, riduzione del percorso dovute a cause di forza maggiore, indipendenti dalla volontà dell'Organizzatore e/o non imputabili direttamente alla responsabilità dell'Organizzazione, le quote d'iscrizione potranno essere trasferite, su richiesta, all'edizione successiva.
Nessun'altra spesa inerente a spese viaggio e soggiorno o di altra natura potrà essere rimborsata.

Palmanova - Piazza Grande - start 9.35

The 1st edition of ON THE FOOTSTEPS OF NAPOLEON, a non-competitive ludic motor event, will be held on Sunday 26 February 2023 in Palmanova. Participants will be able to use the technique of Nordic Walking, sport walking, free walking.
The event will be characterized by the start in Palmanova (UD) Piazza Grande - see expo area - see logistics area)

1- PARTICIPATION REQUIREMENTS

Participation is open to all. A medical certificate of healthy and robust constitution is recommended.

2 - INDIVIDUAL REGISTRATION FEE

€ 10.00 with gadget

3 - REGISTRATION METHOD

By email to be sent to info@unescocitiesmarathon.it attaching the form (Registration form 2022) carefully filled in and signed with payment exclusively by bank transfer made out to the UNESCO CITY MARATHON LOCAL ORGANIZING COMMITTEE

5 - SERVICES INCLUDED IN THE REGISTRATION FEE

The registration fee includes:

route totally closed to traffic

refreshments along the 5 km route

participation medal

prepackaged refreshments at the end of the race

6 - BAGS WITH PERSONAL CLOTHING

Considering the wide possibility of parking in the areas adjacent to the departure / arrival area and in compliance with any COVID procedures, no deposit will be provided for bags containing clothing and personal effects. Each athlete must individually take care of the custody of his bag and must present himself at the starting line in race clothing. Any clothing left unattended in the departure area will be disposed of by the organization without the possibility of recovery.

7 - MEETING AND DEPARTURE

The departure will take place from Piazza Grande in Palmanova and is scheduled at 9.35 am.

8 - SIGNALS ON THE ROUTE

The route will be marked with special signs.

9 - REFRESHMENTS

The organization has provided 1 refreshment point every km 5

10 - RIGHT OF IMAGE AND CONSENT TO PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA

The participant registered in the ON THE FOOTSTEPS OF NAPOLEON gives consent to the use and processing of sensitive personal data for the purposes envisaged by the organization and precisely and limited to the sending of News Letters, service communications and news relating to the organization of UNESCO CITIES MARATHON and related races.

The participant registered in the ON THE FOOTSTEPS OF NAPOLEON gives consent to the use and treatment and dissemination, including for advertising purposes, of images, photos or other material on other media, inherent to participation in the UNESCO CITIES MARATHON and related races. 

By registering for the 1st edition of ON THE FOOTSTEPS OF NAPOLEON, the participant declares to have read this Regulation in its entirety and in particular to have read and perfectly understood art. 10 of this Regulation on the subject of consent for the processing of personal data (articles 24 and 61 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).

12 - FINAL WARNINGS

By registering and paying the registration fee, the participants declare that they have read and accepted these Regulations in all their parts and undertake to respect them in full.

The Unesco City Marathon Local Organizing Committee reserves the right to modify, at any time, any clause of this regulation for reasons of force majeure.

Any changes to services, places and times will be posted on the website www.unescocitiesmarathon.it.

In case of cancellation, suspension, date shift, reduction of the route due to force majeure, independent of the will of the Organizer and / or not directly attributable to the Organisation's responsibility, the registration fees may be transferred, upon request. , to the next edition.
No other expenses related to travel, accommodation or other expenses can be reimbursed.
